Provider Verification
Every provider on iNeedX goes through a verification process before their profile is made visible to customers. This includes:
- Identity Verification: Providers submit a government-issued ID and a selfie for identity confirmation.
- Profile Review: Our team reviews provider profiles, service descriptions, and qualifications.
- Ongoing Monitoring: We continuously monitor provider activity, ratings, and reviews to maintain quality standards.
Secure Payments
- All online payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
- We never store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Payment information is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Reviews & Ratings
Our review system helps maintain accountability. Only customers who have completed a booking can leave a review for a provider. We actively monitor reviews for fraudulent or abusive content and take action when our guidelines are violated.
Data Protection
- All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL).
- Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text.
- We follow industry best practices for data security and privacy.
- Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Community Guidelines
All users are expected to treat each other with respect and professionalism. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, fraud, or any form of abuse. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
