  • Communications: Messages exchanged between users through the Platform, and communications with our support team.
  • Reviews: Ratings and written reviews you submit about services received or provided.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, and unique device identifiers.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, search queries, booking history, and interaction patterns.
  • Location Data: Approximate location based on IP address, and precise location if you grant permission (used to show nearby Providers).
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, and error logs.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Social login providers (Google, Apple) if you choose to sign in with a third-party account.
  • Payment processors for transaction verification and fraud prevention.
  • Background check services for Provider verification (where applicable).

  • Customer name and contact details are shared with Providers when a booking is confirmed.
  • Provider profiles (name, photo, bio, services, ratings, reviews) are visible to all Platform users.
  • Reviews and ratings are displayed publicly on Provider profiles.

3.2 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform:

  • Payment Processing: Stripe for payment processing and Provider payouts.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: For hosting, data storage, and content delivery.
